28 Şub Mentorship programme – round 2 is about to kick off!

After the success of the pilot phase of the mentorship programme that was set up by EYP Alumni initiative in August 2018, we are happy to announce the start of the second round of the programme.

21 tandems from 26 countries will learn from each other to mentor and to implement pieces of advice on how to succeed in life. The initiative is primarily driven by the goal to strengthen the cross-generational solidarity in the EYP network, to enable exchange between current EYPers and individuals who are not active anymore but who would like to pass on skills and valuable knowledge they gained both in EYP and in their professional life. Meet one mentee, Isidora Smigic from Serbia and her mentor, Katharina Okulski from Austria who participated in the first ever EYP mentorship programme and have shared their impressions and opinion about the programme here.
